I'm sure you are all aware of the effects COVID-19 are having on life as we know it at present.
Following the latest guidelines from the government and MOH, the Centenary celebrations are Postponed until Queens Birthday weekend - May 30/31.
The health & wellbeing of our members & supporters is of upmost importance.
If restrictions aren't lifted by then we will be forced to Postpone until 2021.
While the format will change slightly, the Centenary Committee remain positive & optimistic that we can celebrate 100 years of Rugby in true Onewhero style!
The Centenary Dinner will most likely become a Centenary Luncheon with the Offical speeches and Dick Taylor as guest speaker. Tickets will not go on sale until we have clarity rugby & life is back on track.
The website will be updated in the coming days to reflect the new details.
Its going to be a tough time for all of us and the club certainly appreciates your support as it faces uncertainly around the season, trading and operational costs.
